Returns And refund policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about. This two-week returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us at contact@sarahvalley.co.uk

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for pierced body parts is non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
  2. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

It’s absolutely free! If you are unhappy with your order, we will email you a return label at our cost.
We don’t offer free returns from countries outside the UK & ROI, so it’s up to you to cover the return costs.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 to 5 days. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is within the 14-day returns period or is faulty.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item(s), we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post Office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

  2. Return Instructions: Clearly follow the steps for returning items, including obtaining a return label and where to send the package.
  3. Return Label: A return label will be provided for free returns within the UK & ROI. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our return policy criteria.
  5. Proof of Postage: Customers must keep proof of postage when returning items. This is necessary to verify that the return was sent.
  6. Hygiene Products: Jewellery for pierced body parts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
